HI-VOLT TEKNO PRODUCTS established in 2018 at Bangalore is committed to make available high voltage test and measuring equipment of International Standards at competitive prices to various segment of users in India and global customers. It is currently organised to facilitate production/supply of high voltage construction kits and related instrumentation; which is extremely popular among research / training institutions as well as medium voltage power equipment manufacturers all over the world. The multifunctional AC/DC/Impulse High Voltage construction kit supplied by HVTP, strictly conforms to relevant Indian Standard IS2071 & the widely followed International Standard IEC 60060 for high voltage test & measuring equipment.
The HI-VOLT TEKNO PRODUCTS; Bangalore; came into existence in April 2018 due to overwhelming demand & repeated requests from customers across the world; because all the employees of the globally renowned company WS Test Systems Private Limited, Bangalore, suddenly received closure notices, from the management on June 30th 2017, after its highly successful existence for over 3 decades. In this situation few of the retrenched work force team from WSTS decided to brave the challenges for survival and decided to start a new company to make available the most popular "High Voltage construction kit" products (and spares) similar in quality, performance & aesthetics, as supplied by WSTS during it’s existence and serve to facilitate the huge customer base of the erstwhile companies, MWB Messwandler Bau, Germany, MWB (INDIA) and WS Test Systems. The HV construction kit components available from HVTP are suitable for one to one replacement in HV Construction kit type AC/DC/Impulse test sets of various makes like MWB Messwandler Bau (Germany), MWB (India), WS Test Systems, TERCO etc.; for their supplies until beginning of the 2017.
Our Range of Products
We provide a wide range of very compact & user-friendly High Voltage Construction Kit that includes High Voltage AC, DC, Impulse Test Sets. Our High Voltage Construction Kit is made of aptly designed components which attribute to its long durability, modular construction, high quality performance, accurate results. The light weight components are easy to construct & dismantle as when necessary by the student. These kits are specially designed for educational institutions for under graduate, post graduate students to give exposure for actual testing and research studies / experiments with all requisite safety specialties and can be very easily dismantled and reassembled in very short time by students. No special tools or preparations are required during construction & dismantling. These kits are also well suited for small equipment testing like vacuum interrupters, lightning arresters, insulators small transformers, switchgears etc. Hence, they also make a very cost-effective testing option for companies manufacturing such products. For future expansion these kits are suitable for extensions from single stage to three stage without any redundancy of components and further integration with partial discharge measuring equipment and capacitance & tan delta bridge. These kits are a very good solution for small laboratories at a very reasonable price. Hence HV laboratory can be started with a reasonably small investment which also requires small space in comparison to the regular large designs. Inter-convertible High voltage construction kits from HVTP are available in the ranges 100kV to 300kV AC and 140kV to 400kV DC, 420kV impulse and fully satisfy IEC60060 OR IS2071. We also have 150kV per stage, 2 stage Impulse system option.
